1. Why should I “Sell With SOULD” and not list my home with an agent?

Great question, the reason why many sellers like yourself are using “Sell With SOULD” as opposed to listing their home with an agent are the following: 1. We purchase homes with Cash, meaning you don’t have to worry about a bank denying a loan to purchase your home. 2. We will buy your home in “AS IS” condition, meaning you make no repairs to the home. 3. We do not charge the standard 6% fee to list your home. We also cover your closing costs such as Title and Escrow fees which can add up to $1,000’s of dollars. 4. We close in as little as 10 days (or on your time frame). 5. Last but not least… We are philanthropic based, meaning we give a portion of our quarterly proceeds to provide food and housing for families in need.

2. How much do you charge?

When we purchase your home we don’t charge commission fees or closing costs. This ensures that you make the most amount of money possible when selling your home in “AS IS” condition.

3. What repairs should I make before selling my home?

We do not require that you make any repairs or changes to the property, we will take it “AS IS”. When you list your home on the retail market the average buyer will typically request $1,000’s of dollars in repairs. We do not do this, we buy your home “AS IS”.

4. How quick can you close?

5. 10 days is too fast, can I have more time to move?

Absolutely! We are flexible and work around your schedule. If you need more time to move we’ll adjust our closing date to fit your schedule accordingly.

6. Can you help me move?

Yes we can, we have a large network of professionals that can help make your move as smooth as possible. Whether you need a Realtor to help you buy a new home, a lender to help you qualify to purchase a new home, or movers to move your stuff out of the property, we have a 5 star solution!

7. I have a tenant in the property, should I wait to sell?

We can either purchase the property with the tenant in place, or negotiate with the tenant on your behalf to help them relocate. If needed we can even help them find a new place to live, making the process as easy as possible for all parties involved.

8. Do you only buy homes? No, we also buy multifamily units and apartment buildings. If you have real estate to sell, we have real estate to buy!
